For me, every report (my experience at the time was less than six months) was just a treasure trove of useful information.
Since then I have grown as a specialist, the conference has grown. This year there were 2000 people, 5 streams, 60 reports. And it was awesome!
I am madly grateful for the reports about SMM as a business – building an agency. Very helpful information, because I have gaps here, and I have to learn from my mistakes.
