Day One
Morning— 9 :00 am– 12:00 pm

  • Refocusing the Sales Force— This segment would be aimed at business owners and upper management who need to think about replacing their legacy (read: aging) salesforce. Includes breakfast and beverages.

Afternoon— 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

  • Practical Ideas to Motivate and Manage— This segment is aimed at Managers and owners who manage to give them instantly applicable ideas to drive their sales force. Includes lunch and beverages.

Day Two
Morning 9 :00 am– 10:30 am and 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

  • Sales Training— This half-day segment would consist of two 90 minute sessions and is aimed at individual salespeople and selling owners:
    • The Sales Triathlon— Time Management, Beating Voicemail, & Overcoming Objections
    • How to Sell Digital and VDP

Afternoon (Repeat of morning session) 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

  • Sales Training— This half-day segment would consist of two 90 minute sessions and is aimed at individual salespeople and selling owners:
